The Professional Development Coordinator II performs moderately complex administrative and operational tasks related to the Association’s professional development and continuing education programs. Working under general supervision, this position coordinates multiple classes and events, ensures accurate setup and reporting in AMS and LMS systems, and provides responsive support to members and instructors. The Coordinator II also assists with data reconciliation, reporting, and process improvements to enhance the quality and consistency of the Association’s educational offerings.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates the scheduling, preparation, and delivery of professional development courses, seminars, and certification programs.
Independently oversees and manages logistics for continuing education (CE) courses, including instructor coordination, classroom or virtual setup, and day-of support needs.
Maintains accurate course, attendance and instructor information in the AMS and LMS systems, including pricing, instructor payments, and billing information; communicates required course data to Texas REALTORS® and TREC as directed.
Maintains attendance records and ensures accuracy of member training data; communicates no-show fees and instructor payment information to Accounting for billing and reconciliation.
Guides and directs members to available resources in their member portal, including course calendars, certificates, and program information.
Responds to member and instructor inquiries, resolving moderately complex scheduling or registration issues.
Provides feedback to the Programs Manager regarding scheduling, systems, or workflow efficiencies.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Professional Development Programs Manager.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance and support to entry-level coordinators.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2-4 2–4 years of experience in professional education coordination, event planning, or program administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
Familiarity with AMS and LMS platforms, continuing education requirements, and reporting processes preferred.
Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
